NCTS

APCS
APCS is the platform for the exchange of logistical information for the Port of Antwerp. You can pre-register your containers directly at all terminals.
EMCS
Customs must be informed of the movement of excisable goods between EU member states, so that excises can be levied in the country where the goods are consumed. Via the Excise Movement and Control System (EMCS) you make a direct disclosure (electronic administrative document) via the WMS of movements of excisable goods under excise-duty.
Veterinary inward clearance & Food and Consumer Product Safety
Animal-derived products or live animals that enter the EU must be reported to the authorities. Via our FMS software you can make direct pre-registrations, and you can be kept informed with the checks being made.
